Administrative Assistant - Healthcare Facility

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the efficient operation of our hospital. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to hospital leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence

- Assist with the coordination of hospital operations and communication between departments

- Maintain and organize hospital records, files, and documentation in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for leadership meetings

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses

- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks to support hospital initiatives and programs


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or healthcare-related certifications are a plus

Requirements

Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with other programs and software. Friendly and professional demeanor. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. Exceptional interpersonal skills.


The position is Full-time, M-F.


Salary depends on experience.
