At Boot Country, we’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Key Holder to join our team and help lead the way!

We’re passionate about great boots, great customer service, and—most importantly—great people. Our Key Holders play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly while helping our team deliver an experience customers remember.

 As a Key Holder, you’ll be a trusted member of our management support team. You’ll help oversee daily operations, support the sales team, assist customers, and make sure the store is ready to deliver an outstanding experience from open to close.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has retail experience and is ready to grow their leadership skills and work toward future management opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•  Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment
•  Support and motivate the team while promoting a positive, team-first culture
•  Assist with opening and closing the store, including cash handling and security procedures
•  Support daily store operations and help keep things running smoothly
•  Help the team achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
•  Train, coach, and support new team members as they learn the business
•  Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, policies, and procedures
•  Keep the sales floor clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready
•  Assist management with store security, operational issues, and other responsibilities as needed

 Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example and support team success
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Comfortable wearing western boots while working
• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology
