Concepts NREC, the world's leading independent provider of turbomachinery design, engineering services, software, research, and training, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative, clerical, and organizational support across multiple departments while ensuring efficient office operations and outstanding internal and external customer service.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and staff across the organization.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other business documents.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with visitor reception, phone coverage, and general office communications.
- Coordinate company events, employee activities, training sessions, and meetings.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Assist with maintaining records and other confidential documentation.
- Track office supply inventories and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High school diploma required. Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
- HR or legal support experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting multiple departments.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, software, or professional services environments is a huge plus.
