Responsibilities

• Oversee business including Purchasing, deliveries and inventory
• Develop new products for sales with proper packaging and ingredient labels
• Familiar with SQF audit and ensure SQF procedures are followed
• Ensure OTD delivery and logistics
• Support sales to meet order deadlines
• Working with the USDA and FDA 

Experience

• Meat processing experience
• SQF 

• Bachelor's Degree required 
• 5+ years  in Food Processing industry
• Knowledge and understanding of HACCP Program
