- 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm, starting at $20.00/h plus an 8% shift premium
- 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am, starting at $20.00/h, plus an 8% shift premium
- Full-time, hourly position

One Role Supporting Two Teams
This cross-team position helps POLYWOOD® build quality furniture and move finished products to our customers. Your assignment may change between Production and Shipping based on business needs. You must be willing and able to work in either department.
What You Can Learn

What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
- Build and assemble POLYWOOD® furniture and components according to work instructions
- Pick finished products by locating and retrieving the correct items for customer orders
- Verify order and shipment accuracy
- Inspect materials, components, and finished products for quality
- Move, organize, and stage materials or finished products
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Load and unload finished products accurately and efficiently
- Operate or support manufacturing tools, equipment, forklifts, or material handling equipment when trained and authorized
- Identify and report safety, quality, material, equipment, or order concerns
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized Production and Shipping work areas
- Work with teammates and leaders to meet daily Production and Shipping goals

Previous manufacturing, assembly, shipping, warehouse, logistics, packaging, machine operation, construction, or material handling experience is helpful, but it is not required. Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
We will also consider candidates whose other hands-on experience has prepared them to work safely, accurately, and as part of a team.

Work Environment
Production and Shipping work is active and can be physically demanding. Depending on the assignment, you may:
- Stand or walk for most or all of the shift
- Stay actively moving throughout the shift
- Repeatedly lift, move, and position items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand, arm, or body movements
- Bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry materials or products
- Work around machinery, production equipment, forklifts, and noise
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Work at a steady pace while maintaining safety, quality, and accuracy
You must be able to perform the essential functions of the assigned position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Full-time, non-exempt employees who have completed 60 days of continuous employment and are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week may be eligible to participate in voluntary benefit plans.
