Primary Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting customers, maintaining high standards.

2. Ability to work varied hours as business dictates.

3. Keeping Grain Office clean and tidy

4. Answering incoming phone calls.

5. Ability to obtain a Commodity testers License. (Dates and Testing Locations will be provided)

6.  Accurately weighing, sampling, testing and recording inbound grain when assigned

7. Communicating with management when receiving poor quality grain.

8. Practicing and promoting safety at all times. 

9. All other duties as assigned by management
