We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at our award-winning facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all nursing services within the facility, ensuring high standards of resident care and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and protocols

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for residents

- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of resident health status and incidents

- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including OSHA, CMS, and local health authorities

- Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency

- Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff


Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing-New Jersey

- Proven experience in nursing management, preferably in assisted living or long-term care settings

- Strong knowledge of elder care, medication management, and regulatory compliance

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy

- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and administrative software
