- Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000/year

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the preparation and execution of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Train, develop, and provide direction to the culinary team.
- Assist with menu planning, recipe development, inventory, and cost controls.
- Manage kitchen staffing and scheduling to support efficient operations.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, flavor, and portion standards.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards are followed.
- Expedite food orders during peak service hours and assist at kitchen stations as needed.
- Work closely with the culinary and dining teams to provide a consistent dining experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous culinary and kitchen leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Food safety certification preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
