POSITION SUMMARY
Receive raw materials, finished goods, supplies and various items from trucks and or delivery services. Unpack; verify accuracy of shipment and condition of goods. Perform computer input of transactions accurately and place items in proper bin or warehouse locations. The Receiving Clerk will also assist with other functions of packaging, shipping and warehouse activities in general as needed.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Performs work on-site meeting Company’s Attendance Policy.
- Drive power industrial trucks in order to pick up incoming stock or to deliver parts to designated locations.
- Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
- Prepare data and input receiving information in M1 program as directed.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
- Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information routed thru M1, as directed.
- Confer with engineering and purchasing personnel and vendors regarding stock procurement and availability.
- Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items for use by adjusting, repairing or assembling them as necessary.
- Provide assistance to other areas of the Ship/Receive and Packaging Team as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 1 plus years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or warehouse is preferred
Computer Skills: Must be able to perform data entry work in computer programs with accuracy and timely.
Certifications & Licenses:
Power Industrial Truck OSHA approved license
Other Requirements: Secondary duties include Packaging and cross-training in the duties of the Shipping clerk.
