 The annual salary for this position is $43,888

  •  Lead and inspire a team of hourly employees by modeling professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service.
  •  Drive store performance by achieving sales, production, and operational goals.
  •  Create a welcoming environment by promptly assisting customers and donors and ensuring an exceptional experience.
  •  Develop and execute store operating plans that support business objectives and mission impact.
  •  Monitor and analyze store performance reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  •  Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and visually appealing store and backroom environment.
  •  Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  •  Ensure merchandising excellence through proper stocking, pricing, categorization, and store presentation standards.
  •  Recruit, coach, train, cross-train, and develop team members while conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing feedback.
  •  Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards while promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and mission engagement.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree or two years of college preferred with extraordinary managerial experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Some front-line retail and managerial experience also required. Must have valid Driver’s License as well as reliable personal transportation (personal vehicle).
