Now Hiring: Procedure Authorization Coordinator

Location: Remote

As a Procedure Authorization Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.

What you will do:

• Obtain authorization of any ADVENT procedures via online, phone or fax resources obtaining and documenting appropriately
• Complete evaluation, communication, appointment setup and documentation while working with the provider team and insurance representatives for any peer-to-peers or appeals for denials
• Obtain all needed information for medical clearance prior to scheduled procedures
• Exhibit Best in Class Customer Service when working with insurance companies, physician offices or customers
• Route authorization faxes, phone calls, or EHR tasks/orders appropriately among team and scan into EHR if needed with daily task/order monitoring

What you bring:

• Best in class customer service experience
• Experience obtaining insurance authorizations
• Strong communication skills: verbal/written, listening, and building rapport
• Excellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent skills in typical office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Must live in an ADVENT market: Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, or Tennessee
