Job Summary
The Audience Solutions Intern will support the Audience Solutions department by assisting with data projects, audience segment maintenance, and storefront cleanup. This role offers hands-on experience learning how syndicated audiences are created, categorized, and deployed across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), and the broader programmatic advertising ecosystem.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with high-impact data maintenance projects, including segment description reviews and taxonomy cleanup across data storefronts.
- Help build and refine a custom "Persona taxonomy" to map the diverse buying habits and behaviors of real-world consumers.
- Support the team by executing routine data management tasks to help lighten the operational load on syndicated audience projects.
- Perform data organization, auditing, and basic reporting tasks using spreadsheets and database queries.
- Gain practical insight into how marketing strategy applies to syndicated audiences and how data profiles function within programmatic platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time college or university student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts.
- Available to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer 2027).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL, database querying, or basic data management tools is a strong plus.
- Foundational interest in digital advertising, programmatic ecosystems, audience targeting, or consumer data analytics.
- High level of detail orientation, curiosity, and willingness to assist with repetitive operational tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and communication tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite.

- Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL.
- Remote workers must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, MA, NY, CO, CT, IA, IL, ME, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA or WI.
