This is an important behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our entire operation running smoothly. From receiving and verifying incoming shipments to organizing inventory and making sure parts get where they need to go, we are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and a job well done.
Previous warehouse, automotive parts, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience is strongly preferred, but we are looking just as closely for the right attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will help manage the daily flow of parts and inventory, including:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and shipments
- Compare shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation
- Identify and report shortages, overages, damaged items, or incorrect shipments
- Accurately stock and organize parts in designated locations
- Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and transfers
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
- Keep shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with Parts Department team members to ensure parts are processed quickly and accurately
- Help locate and pull parts as needed
- Follow dealership procedures for receiving, returns, credits, and inventory control
- Assist with other Parts Department duties as needed

Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, dealership parts, or similar experience is preferred.
Compensation Expected compensation range: $38,000–$77,000 per year
Compensation within this range will depend on experience, qualifications, performance, and the applicable compensation plan.
Commission eligibility begins after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, in accordance with the applicable commission/pay plan.

Requirements
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred
- Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory/parts systems
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the position, including receiving, stocking, moving, and organizing automotive parts, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, if driving is required as part of the position
