JOB SUMMARY:


The Lead Medical Assistant (LMA) supports medical providers in delivering HIV specialty care, primary care, and PrEP/STI services while coordinating clinical and administrative activities to ensure high-quality patient care. The Lead Medical Assistant also serves as a team lead for Medical Assistants, providing daily oversight and support to promote efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assistant with Associate Degree or higher in the medical field with at least 2-3 years of experience in clinical setting.

· Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required
