Job Summary:
The Client Services Intern will support the Client Services team by assisting with day-to-day operations, completing ad hoc client requests, learning the full client lifecycle, and contributing to internal project documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Client Services team on day-to-day client accounts, operations, and administrative tasks.
- Execute ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support tasks as assigned by team members.
- Learn client onboarding and lifecycle processes to understand how client relationships are managed across email, digital, and data services.
- Participate in internal meetings and client calls to observe account management, relationship building, and problem-solving strategies.
- Assist in mapping out key client processes and contributing to internal documentation that enhances team efficiency.
- Build proficiency in core client management tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (entering junior or senior year).
- Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts.
- Available to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer 2027).
- Strong curiosity, high level of initiative, and a willingness to step up and take on new challenges.
- Growth-oriented, "fail-forward" mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a focus on respect, kindness, and teamwork.
- Well-rounded personality with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and communication tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite.

- Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL.
- Remote workers must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, MA, NY, CO, CT, IA, IL, ME, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA or WI.
