 Job Summary:

The Junior Graphic Designer Intern will support the creative team on internal brand and marketing initiatives as well as external client campaign work, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment across design, UX, and marketing strategy.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of social media graphics, email visuals, web assets, and digital presentations.
  • Support the development of creative materials for client campaigns, including digital ads, print collateral, and branded content.
  • Help build moodboards, mockups, brand assets, and user experience (UX) wireframes or visual flows.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and discussions surrounding marketing strategy, SEO alignment, and audience research.
  • Assist with basic UX research and competitive analysis to support creative concepts.
  • Organize and prepare production-ready files for digital and print execution.
Requirements

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time college or university student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts. 
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer 2027).
  • Background or foundational skills in graphic design, UX research, digital media, or marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in social media design, web/UX design, or SEO-aligned creative development.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong initiative, willingness to take ownership of tasks, and eagerness to learn agency workflows.
  • Working knowledge of design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platform) with a foundational portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and communication tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative and marketing teams.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL.
  •  Remote workers must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, MA, NY, CO, CT, IA, IL, ME, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA or WI.
