Job Summary:
The Product Management Intern will support the Product Solutions department by evaluating client performance, applying statistical modeling to marketing challenges, assisting with marketing execution across various channels, creating product development documentation, and supporting ad hoc analytical requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current client performance using established database structures and dashboards.
- Apply statistical modeling knowledge to marketing challenges, determine suitable models for business applications, and outline development plans.
- Assist clients with ongoing marketing activities across various channels, including catalog list generation, email segmentation, and SMS segmentation.
- Create documentation for current product development projects, such as use cases, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Support client requests for ad hoc analysis, ranging from basic SQL queries and Excel reporting to Tableau dashboard creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (entering junior or senior year).
- Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts.
- Available to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer 2027).
- Demonstrated experience with coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) or a strong desire to develop programming and software development skills.
- Interest in software development and technical project documentation.
- Proficiency with SQL querying and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and communication tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL.
- Remote workers must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, MA, NY, CO, CT, IA, IL, ME, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA or WI.
