Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in helping Blue Trust attract, evaluate, and hire talented team members who align with the company’s mission, values, and service culture. This role partners with hiring managers and Human Resources to strengthen the candidate experience, support thoughtful selection decisions, and build talent pipelines that meet current and future workforce needs.

This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented recruiting professional who brings sound judgment, operational excellence, and genuine care for people to every stage of the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help advance Blue Trust’s growth by supporting full-cycle recruiting, advising hiring partners, maintaining strong recruiting practices, and representing the company with professionalism and warmth to candidates, universities, and mission-aligned partners.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated ability to serve internal clients, candidates, and co-workers with professionalism, discretion, and excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and systems acumen in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, Human Resources practices, and confidential data handling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruiting or HR-related systems.
- Ability to travel periodically for recruiting events, branch visits, or other business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of recruiting and/or administrative experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, and online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Prior experience recruiting at colleges and universities.
