We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support marketing, business development, and brand visibility efforts across our portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Position Overview

The Marketing Manager serves as a key member of the marketing team, driving day-to-day execution across CRM management, email marketing, events, public relations, website content, and external communications. This individual will work closely with business development and creative team members to elevate our brand, strengthen client relationships, and support company growth initiatives.


The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM data, including contacts, companies, opportunities, and project records
  • Build and segment marketing and business development lists for targeted campaigns
  • Monitor CRM data quality and support reporting and dashboard creation
  • Partner with our external HubSpot consultant to support ongoing system improvements and adoption

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including company news, project updates, event invitations, and business development outreach
  • Develop email templates and marketing content that support growth initiatives
  • Manage automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics

Public Relations & Industry Recognition

  • Coordinate award submissions across local, regional, and national industry programs
  • Draft press releases for project milestones, company announcements, and key hires
  • Support thought leadership opportunities, speaking engagements, and industry publications
  • Track media coverage and maintain press and industry relationships

Events & Client Engagement

  • Coordinate company-hosted events, client appreciation gatherings, project celebrations, and networking opportunities
  • Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Support sponsorships, conferences, and industry event participation
  • Coordinate event-related marketing materials and content capture

Website & Content Management

  • Maintain website content, including project portfolios, team biographies, company news, and blog content
  • Coordinate updates with creative and development partners
  • Monitor website performance and support SEO and lead generation efforts
  • Gather project information, photography, testimonials, and case study content from internal teams
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
  • 1-6 years of marketing, communications, business development, or related experience
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and performance reporting
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or similar content management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with public relations, media outreach, or award submissions
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and social media scheduling tools
  • Experience in commercial real estate, construction, architecture, engineering, development, professional services, or related industries
