What You’ll Do
The Building Manager is accountable for day-to-day operations across multiple smaller properties within an assigned geographic area, supporting asset performance, resident service, property condition, safety, and compliance under the direction of property leadership.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Support the financial goals of the properties, manage the assets in the owners’ best interest and in accordance with Company policies.
- Conduct and document at least two inspections per property each month, including photographs, and perform additional inspections as property needs require.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conduct property tours, complete requested pre-move-out and move-out inspections, and communicate occupancy issues to property leadership.
- Post notices, complete proof of service, distribute emergency or community notices, and support Notice of Violation tracking and closure.
- Maintain property appearance, curb appeal, trash and mail areas, laundry rooms, and models or vacant units, and request corrective work orders as needed.
- Provide access for vendors, inspectors, leasing team members, and other authorized parties and coordinate property coverage when unavailable.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- College degree is preferred but not required.
- Current California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) certification is required.
- At least two years of on-site resident manager experience with a demonstrated customer service record is required.

The expected compensation range for this position is $25.00- $34.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
