Join our dynamic team as a Precast Production Associate, where you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality precast concrete structures that meet precise specifications. What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret design plans and specifications to accurately create forms for precast concrete structures.
- Construct forms with close tolerances using appropriate materials and tools, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Safely operate hand tools such as hammers, measuring tapes, and other equipment necessary for form construction and assembly.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and safety on the production floor.
- Identify and communicate the need for new tools, hardware, lumber, and other materials required to complete projects effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assemble forms, cut and tie rebar, and place castings into forms accurately.
- Pour concrete into forms, ensuring proper placement and finishing to meet quality standards.

- Minimum of one years’ experience in the construction field is preferred.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
- Working knowledge of construction-related math.
- Great organizational skills.
- Must have the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to accept and follow directions as provided by supervisors and ask questions when needed.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 100 lbs. with assistive devices.
- Ability to work in extreme weather, including but not limited to high heat, low temperature, and high sun environments.
- Ability to operate tools required to complete construction projects.
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and kneel as required to construct precast products.
- Ability to be on your feet 8 or more hours a day.
