We’re seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy services and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in communication, cognition, and swallowing.

What You'll Do

• Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide skilled therapy and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate
• Help patients reach their highest level of function and independence

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Michigan SLP license
• ASHA certification or eligibility
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• A patient-centered approach and desire to make a difference
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus
