• Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist 
• Location: Hendricks Community Hospital
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will have the opportunity for patient care across a variety of settings including Outpatient, LTC/SNF, Inpatient, and Home Health.
