We are currently seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Reading Logistics team. This position combines local delivery responsibilities with hands-on warehouse duties. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the road, working independently, and contributing as part of a warehouse team.

Responsibilities: 

Delivery & Driving

• Safely load, transport, and unload products at customer locations.
• Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while following assigned routes and delivery instructions.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and documentation.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles in accordance with company and DOT safety standards.
• Handle customer payments or financial transactions accurately when required.
• Return merchandise and related documentation to the warehouse as needed.

Warehouse

• Receive, organize, and put away incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull, pick, and pack customer orders and back orders accurately.
• Stock pipe, wire, and other electrical materials.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify products against shipping tickets and customer orders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as business needs require.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.

 Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles in accordance with DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to read and understand customer orders, shipping tickets, and delivery instructions.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with loading, unloading, picking, packing, and handling warehouse materials.
