What You'll Do

As an SLP, you will:

  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other members of the care team
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff when appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
