JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Project Intern will partner with the Marketing Operations to develop and launch training for the new asana program to key marketing personnel and help to analyze processes to help streamline work and create further efficiencies. They will help to create a marketing materials program and database to enhance the functionality of current marketing materials storage. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· Analyze current tools and processes in place and identify ways to improve time to market and to enhance the prioritization of tasks. 

· Create a Marketing Materials database

· Gain real world project management experience in the workplace – understanding the marketing process on how a marketing plan goes from planning to execution. And enhancing the level of understanding in navigating and utilizing the asana software to reduce time to market. 

· Work with the marketing team to identify current locations and storage requirements of all marketing materials

· Develop a shared location database that will house all creatives and marketing materials

· Create a common nomenclature structure and training to ensure materials are labeled for effective use

· Develop training videos, manuals, fun facts, and FAQ materials 

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  

QUALIFICATIONS: 

· Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year of college with at least a 3.00 GPA 

· Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related areas of study

· Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts quickly

· Exhibits analytical and problem-solving skills

· Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills

· These positions are required to be in-office, so candidates must have reliable transportation


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
