JOB SUMMARY:

The primary role of the 2025 intern is to develop a competitive intelligence database and sales playbook/rebuttal list based on where our carrier partners win versus the competition. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Gain knowledge to better/further support product organizations in a future role

· Understand the landscape of the insurance business and the intricacies of policies with things such as deductibles, limits, perils, etc.

· Learn the process our external producers and account managers go through to earn business. 

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  

QUALIFICATIONS: 

· Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year of college with at least a 3.00 GPA 

· Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts quickly

· Exhibits analytical and problem-solving skills

· Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills

· These positions are required to be in-office, so candidates must have reliable transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting      at a desk and working on a computer
  • Continually      required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually utilize visual      acuity to operate equipment, read
         technical information, and/or use a keyboard
