What are we looking for?

As a Full- Time, Commercial Credit Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure, systems administration, reporting production, technical processes, and specialized administrative functions that support the Bank's commercial lending activities.


The position serves as a key operational resource within Commercial Credit Administration and supports portfolio reporting, management reporting, loan system administration, appraisal administration, flood administration, data integrity monitoring, workflow maintenance, technology-enabled process improvements, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3-7 years of banking, loan operations, credit administration, system administration, reporting, data analysis, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience working with commercial lending systems and banking applications.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending operations and credit administration processes.
  • Demonstrated experience producing management reporting and operational analysis.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and database skills.
  • Experience supporting audits, exams, operational controls, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with workflow automation, AI tools, reporting platforms, or process improvement initiatives preferred.


Salary Description
$23-$28
