Description

Grow Your Skills Across the Entire PCB Production Floor

At Circuit Spring, you won't be limited to a single workstation or repetitive task. This role is designed for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing across multiple areas of the manufacturing process. As part of our cross-trained production team, you'll gain experience throughout the entire PCB assembly and fulfillment process, building a well-rounded understanding of electronics manufacturing.

You'll have the opportunity to work with production equipment, learn quality standards, assist with inventory accuracy, and help ensure products are built and delivered to customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience who is looking to expand their knowledge and develop a broader manufacturing skill set. We are looking for a dependable team player who takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn different aspects of the operation.
