Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for a full-time hybrid opportunity in Austin, Texas. This is a high-visibility product leadership role with a growing technology company, responsible for defining product strategy, leading the full product lifecycle, and partnering across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

COMPENSATION
• $180,000–$240,000 annual base salary

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
• Lead products through ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify product opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering to prioritize features and deliver high-quality releases.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance and guide decisions.
• Partner with UX/UI Design to develop intuitive customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support successful product launches.
• Present product strategy, recommendations, and business cases to executive leadership.
• Mentor Associate Product Managers and Product Managers.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field REQUIRED
• 8+ years of Product Management experience REQUIRED
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior product leadership role REQUIRED
• Proven success launching and scaling SaaS or enterprise software products REQUIRED
• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies REQUIRED
• Experience using analytics tools and making data-driven product decisions REQUIRED
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills REQUIRED
• Strong product leadership and strategic-thinking abilities REQUIRED

Preferred
• MBA or Master's degree
• Experience with AI or Machine Learning technologies
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Experience working in a high-growth technology company
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, and product analytics platforms
