About RhinoLift Foundations Repair
RhinoLift Foundations Repair is a foundation repair, crawlspace repair, waterproofing, and concrete leveling contractor operating across North Carolina and South Carolina. We help commercial and residential property owners resolve slab settlement, crawlspace moisture and structural issues, water intrusion, and cracked or uneven concrete — using proven, industry-leading repair methods. Our sales and technical teams work directly with property owners, project managers, and other general contractors throughout the Carolinas to diagnose problems and deliver lasting, minimally invasive repair solutions. As we grow across NC and SC, we're looking for a driven, self-motivated sales professional to expand our footprint and build lasting client relationships.
Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for running company-generated appointments within an assigned territory across North Carolina and/or South Carolina, conducting on-site property inspections, and closing sales for foundation repair, crawlspace repair, waterproofing, and concrete leveling services. Reps are also encouraged to build their own network of self-generated referrals over time. This is a remote position, with a set schedule of appointments provided in advance, best suited to a sales professional who can work independently in the field — at commercial properties, residential homes, and jobsites — across their assigned area. While the role is remote and independent, you're backed by dedicated teams and systems that support your daily work.
The team you'll be joining performs above average for the industry. We're selective in who we bring on, because we're building toward a clear goal — becoming the #1 waterproofing and structural repair contractor in the Carolinas — and we're looking for sales professionals who can help us get there.
What You'll Do
- Run company-generated appointments on a schedule provided in advance within your assigned NC/SC territory, while also building your own network of self-generated referrals through relationships with property managers, contractors, realtors, and inspectors.
- Conduct on-site inspections of commercial and residential properties, identifying areas in need of repair as well as areas that should be protected against future settlement, moisture, or structural issues.
- Prepare clear, accurate scopes of work and estimates, including affected square footage, estimated material quantities, and pricing.
- Present proposals to property owners and decision-makers, explain our repair process and recommended solutions, and address questions or objections.
- Close sales and coordinate handoff to RhinoLift's technical crews for scheduling and installation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and closed jobs in the company CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and past clients to build a durable pipeline and repeat/referral business.
- Represent RhinoLift professionally and build the company's reputation as a trusted, no-pressure resource for property owners dealing with foundation, crawlspace, moisture, and concrete issues.
Compensation & Earning Potential
New reps begin with a company-provided draw period to support you while you ramp up. After that period, this role is 100% commission — with no ceiling on what you can earn. Your income is driven directly by the business you generate and close, and RhinoLift's current sales team reflects real, meaningful upside.
RhinoLift values exceptional sales professionals, and it shows in how we pay:
- Highest industry commission rates.
- Weekly payout.
- Monthly bonus payout.
Performance Tier Annual Earnings
- Top 10% of reps $200K+
- Average rep $100K – $120K
- Bottom 10% of reps $55K – $85K
- Draw amount and duration, commission structure and rates, and payout schedule will be reviewed in detail during the interview process.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in outside sales, ideally in construction, home services, foundation repair, restoration, roofing, or a related field — though we welcome strong sales professionals from any industry.
- Self-starter who can work independently in the field, running a schedule of company-generated, vetted appointments — set and qualified before you arrive — while also developing their own referral pipeline over time.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills; able to build trust with property owners and explain technical repair concepts in plain language.
- Comfortable conducting in-person property inspections, including crawlspaces, basements, and other jobsite conditions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout your assigned NC/SC territory.
- Basic comfort with CRM software, email, and mobile estimating tools.
- High level of integrity — we're here to help people fix their property, and the more people we help, the better. That means setting clear, honest expectations with homeowners and setting our production teams up to succeed on every job.
What RhinoLift Provides
- A defined sales territory within North Carolina and/or South Carolina, with room to grow your own book of business.
- Company vehicle and gas card.
- Company-generated appointments scheduled in advance, so you spend your time selling rather than cold-prospecting alone.
- Dedicated teams and systems that support your daily role, even though you work independently in the field.
- Training on RhinoLift's services, estimating process, and sales tools.
- Marketing and lead-generation support to supplement your own referral network.
- Estimating templates and proposal tools to help you move quickly from inspection to signed job.
- A skilled technical team to deliver on the work you sell, so you can focus on sales, not installation.
- Uncapped commission with no ceiling on what you can earn.
