We’re seeking an experienced Liquid Measurement Technician to join our team in Greeley, CO.

In this hands-on field role, you will support custody-transfer and production measurement operations by operating, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting liquid measurement systems and proving equipment. You will work with industry-standard equipment, including ball and piston provers, LACT units, flow meters, instrumentation, and data-acquisition systems, while helping ensure measurement accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reliable field operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid provers, meters, LACT units, and related measurement systems
• Monitor measurement systems and collect data using EFM flow computers, PLCs, and SCADA
• Collect spot and composite samples and safely handle hazardous and nonhazardous materials
• Perform field calculations, including API gravity and sediment and water determinations
• Diagnose instrumentation issues and perform minor repairs and adjustments
• Complete accurate job tickets, field reports, and supporting documentation
• Maintain tools, proving equipment, and company vehicles in safe operating condition
• Follow applicable API, AGA, GPA, ASTM, and company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, field personnel, and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in liquid measurement, meter proving, and/or LACT operations
• Demonstrated experience with mobile/portable provers, small-volume provers, pipe/ball provers, piston provers, LACT units, turbine and/or Coriolis meters, and flow computers strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in field environments
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required; CDL-A strongly preferred

Work Schedule & Travel

• Full-time, field-based position with workdays typically ranging from 8–16 hours depending on location
• Rotating on-call availability required, including evenings and weekends
• Work is performed outdoors in hot, cold, and inclement weather conditions
• Daily local driving required, with up to 20% overnight travel to support other locations
