Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manages inbound and outbound communications from customers.
- Tracks open orders and inventory levels to ensure that internal and external customers’ demand is met.
- Estimates date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.
- Builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database including customer cross-reference, price quotes, and prints.
- Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
- Follow and comply with all safety regulations, work rules, and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Data entry for any and all purchase orders and quotes.
- Manages new part list report and shares data internally.
- Tracks progress on production with select parts.
- Assists Business Analyst with other duties as assigned.
- Prepares it packets and disburses them accordingly.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of both.

- Proficient in Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
