Fusion Therapy Center is growing, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our adult outpatient team with a focus on neurological rehabilitation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work with adult patients with a variety of neurological and functional needs, helping them improve movement, independence, and quality of life.

  • Evaluate adult patients and identify functional and mobility needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and abilities
  • Provide evidence-based treatment focused on mobility, balance, strength, coordination, gait, and functional independence
  • Work with patients experiencing neurological conditions that impact movement and daily function
  • Help patients improve confidence and safety with transfers, walking, and functional activities
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
  • Recommend and train patients in adaptive equipment when appropriate
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
  • Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, and other required documentation
  • Collaborate with other therapists and team members to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care

Compensation & Structure

  • $75,000–$100,000 annual compensation
  • Additional $20/hour for evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Paid administrative time during patient cancellations
  • W-2 employee with full benefits eligibility

Requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • Physical Therapy License (Required)
  • Master's Degree (Required)
  • Experience with adult or neurological patients preferred
  • Interest in or passion for neurological rehabilitation
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Growth-oriented mindset and commitment to continued learning

Neuro experience is highly valued, but it is not required. New graduates and therapists with clinical experience in a neurological setting are encouraged to apply.
