Description

We are seeking a Direct Care Specialist to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. Most of our group homes house sibling groups and a standard cohort. As a Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, enrichment activities, and emotional support to the children.

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday

Sunday: 8:00AM-10:00PM

Monday: 2:00PM-10:00PM

Tuesday: 3:00PM-10:00PM

Wednesday & Thursday: 4:30PM-10:00PM

Pay:

$19-$20 per hour

$500 BONUS OPPORTUNITY! Eligible employees will receive a $500 bonus after completing 120 days of continuous full-time employment. Employees must maintain full-time employment status for the entire 120-day period to qualify for the bonus. Employees who transition to part-time or on-call status before completing the 120 days will not be for the bonus.

- Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children

- Must be 21 or older

- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record

- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one

- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
