As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will assist in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our Salesforce instance to meet business needs. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you'll be responsible for supporting users, ensuring data integrity, and implementing configurations.



Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.

· Perform basic administrative tasks such as creating and updating user accounts, managing profiles, and assigning permissions.

· Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to align with business requirements.

· Build and modify reports and dashboards to support business teams.

· Test and approve system changes prior to deployment.

· Assist with data imports, exports, and updates while maintaining data integrity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document system changes.

· Conduct user training sessions to improve adoption and ensure proper utilization of Salesforce features.

· Stay current on Salesforce platform releases and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.



Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred (or 6+ years of equivalent, relevant experience).

· Demonstrated experience supporting business users, troubleshooting system or process issues, and providing clear, customer-focused assistance.

· Working knowledge of business applications, data management, or CRM-related processes, with the ability to learn Salesforce administration concepts.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and communicate effective resolutions.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, complete, and secure business data.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clearly documented requirements.

· Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Demonstrated interest in developing Salesforce administration skills and taking on increasing technical responsibility.

· Relevant professional experience, technical training, certifications, or college education may be considered in combination.



Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM or enterprise business system as a user, power user, analyst, administrator, or support resource.

· Familiarity with Salesforce reports, dashboards, security concepts, data structures, and automation tools.

· Experience supporting CallTower business processes or collaborating with departments such as Sales, Support, Billing, Customer Success, or Professional Services.

· Experience documenting processes, gathering requirements, testing system changes, or training users.

· Familiarity with data import, data quality, reporting, or workflow tools.

· Salesforce Foundations, Salesforce Administrator, or another relevant Salesforce certification.

· If not already certified, willingness to work toward Salesforce Administrator certification within an agreed-upon development period after accepting the position.

· Experience using tools such as Salesforce Flow or Data Loader is helpful but not required.

Salary Description
$69,000 to $84,000 a year
