As a Floral Production Associate, you will help create, assemble, package, and prepare floral products for shipment. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your work helps deliver beautiful bouquets to customers nationwide.

Schedule & Pay

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime opportunities available during peak holiday and seasonal periods
Must be flexible to work occasional weekends when needed (typically 1-2 Saturdays or Sundays per month during busy seasons)

Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare floral bouquets and arrangements
Process, sort, and handle fresh flowers
Package products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow quality and safety standards
Work efficiently in a team environment
Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements
