Mainely Tubs is seeking a Warranty Specialist whose key responsibilities include:  managing the warranty claim process from initial submission through resolution, and serving as a key liaison between Mainely Tubs customers, internal teams, manufacturers, and vendor partners.


This position plays an important role in ensuring warranty claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. The Warranty Specialist will proactively follow up with manufacturer and vendor partners regarding claim status, parts, approvals, credits, and resolutions while keeping customers informed throughout the process.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and customer-focused, with strong communication and follow-up skills.  Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously, build strong vendor relationships, and take ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.

Requirements

  

Required:


· 5+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, warranty administration, claims processing, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and see issues through to resolution.

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

· Professional, confident, and customer-focused communication style.

· Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal team members.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company-specific software and systems.


Preferred:


· Experience working with warranty claims, home services, appliances, hot tubs, swim spas, HVAC, plumbing, construction, automotive, or another product/service environment.

· Experience working directly with manufacturers or vendor warranty departments.

· Familiarity with service management, CRM, or warranty claim systems.

· Experience interpreting warranty policies and determining coverage.

· Basic understanding of parts, service, repair, and labor processes.

Salary Description
$24-$26 DOE
