Isleworth Golf & Country Club ranked as the 13th best Club in the country is seeking their Seasonal Outside Services team. As one of the most visible areas of the golf operation, Outside Services often provides the first and last impression of a member’s or guest’s day at the Club.
This position requires exceptional awareness, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and a sincere commitment to service. Successful team members understand that world-class hospitality is often found in the smallest details. From greeting members by name and handling golf bags without being asked, to presenting a perfectly prepared golf cart or remembering an individual member’s preferences, every interaction should reflect Isleworths' standard of warmth, professionalism, cleanliness, consistency, and care.
Responsibilities:
?This position is available from November 1st thru April 20th.
- Greet all members and guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival and departure, using names whenever possible and creating a welcoming sense of recognition.
- Anticipate member and guest needs whenever possible and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their golf experience.
- Look beyond the immediate task and identify opportunities to provide an elevated level of hospitality, including remembering preferences, offering assistance proactively, and responding quickly and thoughtfully to individual requests.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all Outside Services areas,
- Prepare and present golf carts to Isleworth standards, ensuring each vehicle is exceptionally clean, fully equipped, properly staged, and ready for member or guest use.
- Provide secure and organized club storage for members and guests while ensuring golf bags and equipment are properly identified, stored, and returned.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Club’s golf services, policies, procedures, fees, schedules, and daily activities in order to confidently answer member and guest questions.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with the Golf Professional Staff, fellow Outside Services team members, and other Club departments using two-way radios and other established communication channels.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of member tournaments, outings, special events, practice facility operations, and other golf-related activities.
- Maintain proper uniform standards at all times, including approved attire, name tag, grooming, and any required communication equipment.
- Demonstrate respect, teamwork, discretion, and professionalism when interacting with members, guests, fellow employees, and Club leadership.
- Follow all Club policies, procedures, safety requirements, and service standards
- High school education or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of the game of golf
- Minimum 2 years experience at a golf course
