This position sorts and processes recyclable materials and performs various manual tasks, including cleaning, moving materials, assembling products, and assisting the Supervisor with other daily operations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse operations by sorting and processing recyclable materials to include cardboard, plastics, food and/or metals.
• Support Baler Operations by sorting/feeding material supply on the conveyor
• Various team project work as assigned by warehouse management
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by cleaning, wiping, and moving light material
• Use brooms/shovels to clean material from floor
• Use of box knife to process materials
• Able to stack pallets for processing
• Adhere to company safety programs, policies, and procedures while completing work tasks.
• Comply with State and Federal regulations
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Background and drug screen required (Marijuana included)
• Dependable and Reliable
• Ability to work overtime w/ 50 hour work weeks (M-F)
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Physical demands include lifting, standing, bending, and pushing for long periods

Work Environment

• The warehouse setting is exposed to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, and cold/hot temperatures.
• Exposed to normal work hazards, including a variety of physical conditions, moving vehicles, and machines.
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment with some allergen products.
