We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Lamination to lead our lamination team and ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time production goals are met. This position is responsible for coordinating daily workflow, developing employees, addressing performance and quality concerns, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, efficiency, and production goals.
• Assign daily work based on production schedules and priorities.
• Train and onboard new employees.
• Monitor employee performance and address quality or performance issues promptly.
• Ensure laminates are produced to quality standards with minimal defects.
• Ensure molds and equipment are properly maintained and handled.
• Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
• Work with Engineering and Product Development to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Provide regular feedback and communicate performance concerns to HR.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years of lamination experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hold employees accountable and handle difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
