Daily Vibes & Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly face and voice of the practice—answering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules
  • Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete
  • Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time
  • Participate in team huddles and training—because we’re always learning and growing
  • Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of dental experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence juggling a fast-paced schedule with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Detail-oriented with top-notch organization
  • A passion for creating a welcoming, patient-first experience

Your Office Schedule:

  • Monday 08:30am to 06:00pm
  • Tuesday  08:30am to 06:00pm
  • Wednesday   08:30am to 05:00pm
  • Thursday  08:30am to 06:00pm
  • Friday  08:30am to 02:00pm
Salary Description
Up to $23/hour + monthly bonus
