We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Technician to perform hands-on manufacturing activities while maintaining strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and environmental health and safety standards.

Requirements


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Operate, start up, and shut down CNPS equipment effectively

· Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately

· Maintain production areas in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements

· Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs

· Perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation of production areas

· Mix intermediates into finished product

· Follow pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and documentation requirements

· Support continuous improvement initiatives

· Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience

· High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required.

· 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, or related hands-on experience preferred.

· Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

· Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment is a plus.

· Experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred.

· Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools is preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot routine equipment or process issues.

· Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

· Hands-on approach with a willingness and ability to learn new process and equipment.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the importance of following established procedures.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Ability to identify and communicate equipment, process or quality concerns.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, batch records, and other technical documentation.

· Clear verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

· Ability to work independently with appropriate direction and as part of a cross-functional team.

· Strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

· Dependable, accountable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.


Physical Demands

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

· Ability to bend, stoop, reach and perform repetitive movements as required.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule

· Night Shift. 

· Consistent weekday schedule.

· Specific hours and schedule may vary and are subject to change based on business needs.


Compensation

· $21.00–$27.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
