What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver engaging training and development programs.
  • Build onboarding experiences that set new employees up for success.
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and develop practical solutions.
  • Support employee growth through coaching, leadership development, and career-focused learning.
  • Develop training that strengthens member service, financial wellness, and sales skills.
  • Measure results and continuously improve learning programs and resources.
  • Help foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required.  
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred  
  • At least three years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, facilitating, and  evaluating workplace learning programs; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience  may be considered.  
  • Experience in a credit union, financial institution, financial wellness program, or financial counseling environment preferred.  
  • Current Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation preferred; must complete the  Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) and earn the CCUFC designation within 12 months of  hire if not already certified.  
  • Certified Credit Union Facilitator (CCUF) designation preferred at hire; ability to earn the designation  within 12 months of hire required.  
  • Experience creating digital learning content and instructional materials
