That same spirit shapes our stores today, where we favor genuine, one-on-one service over the typical retail experience. Our Stylists are central to that mission, building lasting relationships that turn first-time shoppers into loyal, repeat clients.

We are seeking a polished individual with retail sales experience to join the Hammer Made team and be a brand ambassador and personal stylist to our repeat clients and new clients alike. You need to be passionate about the brand, helping clients and building a new client base.

Responsibilities: Essential job duties (reasonable accommodation may be reviewed to enable individuals with disabilities can perform essential duties).

• Provide a positive and consultative environment for the client that sets Hammer Made apart from      other stores
• Actively build and maintain a personal client book to drive repeat business
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals to meet monthly targets
• Maintain an immaculate floor presentation and visual merchandising standards; ensure the sales floor    and fitting rooms remain pristine
• Take part in visual merchandising initiatives to promote effective sales and increase store traffic
• Assist with promotion of in-store events and promotions to increase the client base, with particular focus on building the Hammer Made brand. 
• Collaborate effectively with other store locations and outside Business Partners as needed.

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of successful retail experience and/or customer service experience preferred

· Interest and knowledge in current fashion trends and the men’s apparel industry

· Strong selling skills

· Excellent communication skills, including strong relationship building skills

· Client-first mentality

· Professional demeanor and personal appearance

· Attention to detail

· Effective organizational skills 

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate 

· Regular and predictable attendance

Education Requirements:

· High School diploma

Hours of Work: This is a part-time position with hours scheduled at variable times and days each week to meet business needs. Schedules may include day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
