Full-Time Fulfillment & Sales Associate
Description

Join the Divers Direct Team

Love the ocean, watersports, travel, or just being part of a fast-moving team? Divers Direct is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Fulfillment & Sales Associate to join our Fort Lauderdale team.

This is a Monday–Friday, full-time position that combines fulfillment, receiving, inventory, and sales floor responsibilities. While fulfillment and warehouse operations are a key part of this role, this is not a warehouse-only position. This team member will regularly assist on the sales floor, interact with customers, replenish merchandise, and support the store wherever needed. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in keeping things accurate and organized, and is just as comfortable processing merchandise behind the scenes as they are stepping onto the sales floor to help a customer.

Divers Direct offers a fun, team-oriented work environment with employee discounts, sales contests and bonus opportunities, paid time off, holiday pay, medical, dental and vision coverage, voluntary life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

What You'll Do

  • Generate sales and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
  • Support teammates across different areas of the store as needed
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety practices
  • Assist with other store responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or designee

  • Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems
  • Has strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Is willing and excited to learn about our products and the dive/watersports industry
  • Is available to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule

Scuba certification or previous dive industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active retail and fulfillment position. Team members must be able to:
