Your day to day as a Member Service Representative
As a Member Service Representative at People Driven Credit Union you will be the friendly face that greets our valued members, setting the tone for exceptional service. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including handling teller transactions with precision and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful connections by identifying and referring products and loan options that align with their financial goals. Your expertise will not only help members navigate their banking experience but also empower them to make informed decisions regarding their finances, all while fostering a welcoming environment where they feel valued and respected.

To excel in this role, a combination of interpersonal and technical skills is essential. Previous customer service and cash handling experience is required, providing you with a strong foundation to succeed. Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be interacting with a diverse member base, addressing their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions. Attention to detail is crucial when handling teller transactions and managing account openings and closings.
