Home Health Care Office Manager – Meaningful Work in a Supportive Team

At Freedom Caregivers, you can use your office skills to make a real difference every day. You’ll support clients, families, and caregivers while building meaningful relationships and being part of a mission-driven team.

Why Freedom Caregivers? We are a faith-driven company focused on quality care. We are dedicated to helping our clients age safely with dignity and peace in the comfort of their own home. We believe our employees are just as important as the clients we serve. You’ll work alongside a supportive, growing team that values kindness, reliability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Love About This Role

· Full-time, day shift (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)

· Competitive hourly pay

· Paid time off (separate from holidays)

· Comprehensive paid training program

What You’ll Do

· Coordinate schedules for our clients and caregivers, matching the right care team to the right homes

· Answer calls and keep communication open and upbeat across clients, families, and caregivers. You’ll be the trusted point of contact people rely on.

· Monitor caregiver timekeeping, follow up on missed punches, track attendance, and help our staff stay current on their continuing education and training requirements.

· Work side-by-side with our Director of Branch Operations to maintain agency standards, optimize daily workflows, and champion our core mission.

· Uphold our mission, vision, and values

· You’re a true team player who doesn't mind stepping in—occasionally covering a caregiving shift if an emergency arises to ensure no client goes without care.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in an office setting and a medical or healthcare environment

· Strong communication skills (friendly, clear, and professional)

· Comfortable using computers and technology

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

· Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude

Requirements

· High School education or GED, required

· Reliable transportation, required

· Proof of auto insurance, required

· Must be able to communicate fluently in the English language, both written and verbally

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

· Ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day

· Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs

Our caregivers provide freedom, dignity, and independence to the clients we serve, helping them to age at home in a place that they know and love. Our caregivers and clients benefit from a 1:1 caregiver to client ratio, allowing our caregivers, Home Health Aides, and State Tested Nursing Assistants to provide adequate care and companionship.
