We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded Heavy Equipment Operator who is comfortable working independently in the field and can safely operate a variety of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience operating excavators, mini excavators, skid steers/compact track loaders, and other construction equipment. This person should also be experienced driving trucks while pulling equipment trailers, including safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading heavy equipment.

We are looking for someone who can be given a job and trusted to operate equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally with minimal supervision.

Key qualifications: 

Strong excavator experience; experience with multiple types/sizes of heavy equipment; truck and equipment-trailer experience; ability to load and secure equipment properly; good understanding of jobsite safety; dependable, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently. CDL is a plus.
