Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Office Administrator to support dealership office operations. This role works closely with the Office Manager and dealership leadership team to ensure organized office operations and smooth day-to-day administrative support across departments.


Compensation

  • $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

  •  Process retail vehicle deals promptly as they are turned in to the office, verifying that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with dealership and state requirements
  • Process dealer trades, including the exchange of vehicle titles, invoices, and supporting documentation between dealerships
  • Process wholesale transactions, ensuring proper documentation, funding, and title transfer
  • Submit warranty remittances to the appropriate manufacturers and third-party providers in a timely manner
  • Process warranty cancellations, including calculating refunds, submitting cancellation requests, and applying credits to customer accounts or lienholders as applicable
  • Review deal paperwork for accuracy and follow up with sales staff to obtain missing or incomplete documentation
  • Maintain accurate deal files and records in accordance with dealership and regulatory retention requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements

Education and Experience

 

  • 1+ years of experience in Office Administration is required.
  • At least 1 year of Deal Processing/Billing experience in a dealership is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to cross train in all other areas of the Office as needed
  • Comfortable working with and learning various auto software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
